Saturday night we hit Trader Joe's for snacks for the kids. I SERIOUSLY stocked up so we won't have to go back there again for a couple weeks. We spent $68 between wine, milk and snacks and everything we bought was on the LIST.
Sunday we went to WinCo for the week's shopping and spent $141. I know that sounds like a lot, but it was actually GREAT and we stuck exclusively to our list. The breakdown was:
Kids (diapers) - $16.22
Household (tupperware) - $3.13
Booze (Wine and wine coolers) - $10.99 (I've decided to start separating this out, just out of curiosity)
Groceries - $110.88 ($30 of which went to buying enough Splenda and pure Maple syrup to last us a couple of months)
I considered this to be a triumph. Our meals are all planned out and I have no reason to go to the store again any time soon. So far, I feel like I'm already doing a much better job of budgeting than I have in MONTHS.
Heck, I don't think $141 for a week's supplies is bad at all! I spend $100-$150/week, and that's just for my husband and me and 2 cats. *AND* I get my groceries at Walmart.

We just got back from two weeks away and our cupboards are bare. I have dreaded going to the store without a list because I know I will go overboard. Have I made my list yet? Nope. Have I gone shopping yet? Nope? Do we have dinner plans? (It is now 4:30) Nope. I gotta get in gear.

I spent $146.60 on all my food for the month of June. Pretty good, eh?

Very well done! I budget for $125 per week for our family of four & cat and we don't have diapers to factor in (plus, maple syrup & Splenda are silly expensive). I found the key to keeping up with regular meal planning was to establish a collection of recipes we like and can afford. Let me know if you'd like some - I've got a pretty good set going.

Do you understand that this is high time to receive the loan, which will help you.

Some time before, I really needed to buy a good car for my corporation but I didn't earn enough cash and couldn't purchase anything. Thank goodness my mother suggested to take the business loans from reliable bank. So, I did so and was happy with my car loan.
